These terms cover how you may use Chatwiser. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

Give accurate account information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Use Chatwiser in line with applicable laws and the policies of the channels you connect (including WhatsApp, Meta and Telegram policies).
Get the consent you need before messaging people, and honour opt-outs.
Don't send spam, unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, and don't try to break, overload or misuse the service.

Connected channels

When you connect a channel, you're responsible for complying with that platform's own terms and messaging rules. We can suspend a connection if a platform requires it or if it's being misused.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime and give reasonable notice for planned maintenance, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis and availability can vary.

Subscriptions and billing

If you're on a paid plan, billing, renewals and cancellations follow the terms of the plan you choose. Fees are charged for the plan you select for the period you select.

Your content

You keep ownership of your data and the content of your conversations. You grant us the permissions we need to operate the service for you (for example, to store and deliver messages). We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service changes

We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the product. We'll avoid material reductions in core functionality without notice where we reasonably can.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control.

Termination

You can stop using Chatwiser and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms or a connected platform's rules are broken.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and communicate material changes in advance where appropriate.
